Email hello@bacati.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
We'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day.
Pack items in their original condition, attach the label, and drop off at any USPS location.
Once received, we inspect and issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or defective in transit? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it — no return shipping needed. Email hello@bacati.com.
